Reynolds Tobacco Company, American Snuff Company (formerly Conwood Company), Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, and Niconovum AB.

The company was founded by James Buchanan Duke on September 29, 1902 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
