As a result, the Company has raised aggregate gross proceeds of $9,487,500, including the previously announced IPO gross proceeds of $8,250,000, prior to deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company.

The gross proceeds from the Offering, before underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company, are approximately $8,250,000. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 225,000 additional Shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts.
